SUMMER TERM 2024
In the Stretch and Placement classes, we work slowly, thoughtfully and deliberately – we aim to find and improve the body’s connections on the level of the bone. In these classes, we will learn to use the deep muscles of postural support (the psoas, the hamstrings, the external hip rotators and the pelvic floor) to integrate our bodies and improve our dynamic posture thus finding more effective ways of moving, dancing and choreographing.

£160/£130 concessions, Block of 12 classes* (whole term)
£75 / £58 concessions, Block of 5 classes*
£16.50 / £14.25 concessions, Single classes**
* The blocks of 12 and 5 classes are only valid for the Summer Term 2024 dates, 7 April – 30 June 2024. When booking a block of 5 classes, attendance during the term has to be confirmed in advance by contacting aydelafe@gmail.com. If unable to attend, bookings can be moved to a different date within the same term, subject to availability.
** Single classes need to be booked in advance. Bookings for each class will be open up to 15 minutes before each class starts.
