Klein Technique™ Stretch and Placement
In-person classes in London
In the Stretch and Placement classes, we work slowly, thoughtfully and deliberately – we aim to find and improve the body’s connections on the level of the bone. In these classes, we will learn to use the deep muscles of postural support (the psoas, the hamstrings, the external hip rotators and the pelvic floor) to integrate our bodies and improve our dynamic posture thus finding more effective ways of moving, dancing and choreographing.

£17 general / £14.50 concessions
Block of 5 classes

• Single classes need to be booked in advance. Bookings for each date will be open up to 5 minutes before each class or first session of the day starts (1:55 pm).
• Both types of blocks (block of 5 sessions and block for all sessions) are only valid for the Summer Term 2026, 12 April – 14 June 2026. When booking a block of 5 classes, attendance during the term has to be confirmed in advance by contacting aydelafe@gmail.com. If unable to attend, bookings can be moved to a different session within the same term, subject to availability.
